  I've had two extended stays at the Chimo in the last 45 days. I stayed on the business floor and was quite pleased with the service on that level. The dining staff are a bit rude but I think that is just a cultural thing. The front desk and management staff were very polite and accomodating. I also made some new friends at the bar.

  Very poor customer service. they change the room type and give you a pull-out sofa bed, calling it equal to a queen bed. if you disagree and ask for ...

  Very poor customer service. They change the room type and give you a pull-out sofa bed, calling it equal to a queen bed. If you disagree and ask for what you have paid for (Two queen beds for 3 adults), they will give you a hard time. There are better hotels very close to this one with excellent customer service.
