Recently spent 4 nights at the downtown Sheraton. The location was fantastic. Only a few blocks away from the historic district, Spark Street restaurant and shopping area, and easy walking distance to the downtown shopping mall. Valet people were super friendly, and used the pool and weight room. On the small side but very pleasant. Couldn't have asked for anything better. On request they changed room locations so family could be closer together and supplied us each with refrigerators (not always available). There is no doubt that we would be staying at the Sheraton on our next visit to Ottawa. Loved it.

11/27/2008The staff was friendly and even brought a remote to my room when the other one died. would recommend to my worst enemy. great hotel!!!!!
